Job Title: Group Travel Manager

About the Role:
* Manage group or fully independent travel for corporate clients, including booking and arrangement.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills to ensure client satisfaction.
* Deliver successful execution of MICE projects through customer engagement, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Expertise in corporate travel product knowledge to deliver best outcomes for clients.
* Assist in budgeting and executing business travel arrangements for corporate accounts.
* Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, CRS/GDS productivity, record keeping, and admin entry.
Requirements:
* Experience in corporate travel or a related field.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Sabre.
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles and MICE events.
