About the Role:
This position involves managing a case load of complex and high-risk individuals who have committed offences.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage a caseload of predominately complex and high-risk individuals
* Motivate and influence staff in best practice case management
* Develop written reports with analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders
* Apply sound judgement in risk assessment and identification
* Build relationships with cross-government and community-based stakeholders
About You:
Demonstrated experience in case management frameworks and conducting risk assessments in a human services context.
Ability to apply theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective case plans, providing interventions, and monitoring compliance with court order obligations.
