Customer Service Officer Opportunity
We are seeking two experienced Customer Service Officers to join our team in Central Gippsland.
* The successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service and administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer telephone switchboard calls and enquiries and re-direct where appropriate
* Take accurate messages and forward to appropriate staff member
* Actions from phone enquiries, not limited to posting or emailing information and directing customers to our website
* First point of contact for our 'Online Chat' website function
* Front of office Reception
* Processing receipting and daily banking
Requirements:
* Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and administration
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
* Proficiency in computer systems, including an intermediate to advanced understanding of the Microsoft Suite
* Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and collaboratively
