* 4 Car-O-Liner benches with state-of-the-art computerised measuring systems
* Car-O-Liner spot welders and MIG welders
* 3 spray booths and multiple preparation bays featuring advanced infrared technology

The Role: Customer Service Officer
We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
* Greet customers upon arrival
* Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, including estimated completion times
* Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service
* Manage communication via phone and email
* Assist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
* Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates
About You:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Professional, approachable, and confident in building strong relationships
* Proficient in computer systems and communication tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
* A team player who works effectively with others
