Senior Technical Consultant Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant who excels at the intersection of technology and customer satisfaction. Acting as the technical lead, you'll work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to design and deliver tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities
* Partner with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical expertise for commercial and industrial projects.
* Conduct solution presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations for customers and channel partners.
* Support system design, modelling, and configuration to meet customer and project requirements.
* Provide technical input for tenders, proposals, and RFPs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Act as the trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through technical challenges and recommending best practices.
* Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders.
* Liaise with global engineering and product teams to align customer feedback with solution improvements.
* Represent the company at industry events and customer forums as a subject matter expert.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience in solar PV, battery storage, or smart energy technologies.
* Strong understanding of commercial and industrial project requirements.
* Proven track record in pre-sales, customer-facing engineering, or technical consulting roles.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex technical topics.
* Experience with system design and energy modelling tools.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
