In this 2-year position, you will lead a research strategy in music and health that addresses community needs. You will drive engagement initiatives connecting new communities with the Conservatorium, including programs, short courses, and professional development.
You will build partnerships with First Nations communities, health professionals, educators, and regional partners to amplify the impact of music and arts in creating healthier communities.
Key Responsibilities

About You
You are an established or emerging leader in music, able to move fluidly between research, practice, and community engagement. You have a strong track record in community-engaged, applied, or socially impactful music scholarship.
You bring skills in creating engaging learning experiences, strong communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice.
