We're looking for a Support Engineer who's enthusiastic to apply their skills in a fast-paced technical environment. In this role, you'll be supporting customers, working with our in-house software and hardware engineering teams, and staying on top of basic office admin tasks. What We're Looking For:
* Engagement, enthusiasm and a passion for technology
* Qualifications and experience in programming/scripting (preferably Javascript frameworks)
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Good analytical trouble-shooting and debugging skills
* Very good attention to detail
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Degree in Software Development, Computer Science or a related/equivalent field
* Bonus points for:
* Experience with electronics
* Experience using a command line
* Experience with UNIX (Linux or MacOS)
* Experience with debugging tools like VSCode
