Responsibilities
* Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in carrying out basic general maintenance of buildings, plants and grounds.
* Assists in the effective and timely provision of services across the campus including waste and recycling, mail and deliveries, office and furniture set up and relocation.
* Ensuring venues are set up for functions and events.
* Maintaining daily schedules and standards, supporting a safety culture focus.
Qualifications, skills & experience
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and procedures.
* Experience in grounds maintenance including using equipment such as ride on mowers, hedge trimming, whipper snipper, blowers etc.
* Must have drivers' licence (for site ute, campus 12-seater bus and new golf buggy coming).
* Ability to adapt to an ever-changing facility management environment and possess the willingness to work collaboratively.
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Friendly and professional approach to customer service.
