As a Project Change Lead, you will be responsible for driving meaningful organisation-wide change that impacts frontline workers, operational teams, and corporate staff. You will play a key role in aligning people, processes, and technology as part of a high-profile program with strong executive visibility.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement end-to-end change management strategies and frameworks to support the delivery of two key projects: HR Systems and Asset Management.
* Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify readiness, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
* Design, build, and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans that promote understanding, capability uplift, and adoption across diverse workforce groups.
* Partner closely with project teams, operational leaders, and business units to ensure change activities stay aligned with milestones and program priorities.
* Support leaders and change champions by providing coaching, guidance, and tools to assist them in leading their teams through transition.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience delivering structured change management within large-scale projects.
* Strong capability in impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and change planning.
* Demonstrated skill in designing communications, engagement, and training initiatives across multiple user groups.
* Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously within a fast-paced program environment.
