Service Receptionist

Pacific Gympie, part of a well-established multi-site dealership group, is seeking a friendly and organised Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department.
This role is the first point of contact for our service customers and plays a critical role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the Service Advisors and workshop team.
About the Role
* As Service Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming customers and managing front-of-house enquiries
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Booking service appointments and updating customer details
* Assisting Service Advisors with administration and paperwork
* Managing job cards, invoices, and general service department administration
* Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
About You
* To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A friendly, professional, and well-presented manner
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Confidence using computer systems and handling multiple tasks
Previous reception or customer service experience (automotive experience preferred but not essential)
