**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current reporting landscape and requirements within Alteryx and Tableau. 
- Document and analyse these requirements to ensure they are accurately captured for migration to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. 
- Stakeholder Communication & Training:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the migration project. 
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users are proficient in using the new Power BI and Microsoft Fabric tools. 
- Provide ongoing support to users post-migration, addressing any issues or concerns. 
- Implementation of a data and analytics Centre of Excellence:
- Assist the project's Data Governance expert in the foundation of a data and analytics Centre of Excellence. 
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and data usage in the new Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment. 
- Propose and implement changes that improve data accessibility, reporting efficiency, and decision-making processes. 
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric.
**Let's talk about your capability and experience**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in data migration projects. 
- Experience using Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI, with a solid understanding of their functionalities. 
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering in a business intelligence context. 
- Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 
- Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages is a plus. 
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools, especially Power BI, is essential. 
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
