Hospitals and Primary Care (HPC) is a key clinical service delivery branch within the Tasmanian Health System (THS).
HPC manages system operations, performance, improvement, patient flow, safety, quality, and people and culture across four main acute hospitals and State community centres.
The role is part of HPC's Demand, Access and Flow team, working to improve patient flow in a challenging and complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management and delivery expertise, with organisational skills and ability to coordinate concurrent project activities.
* Strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills, including communication with diverse backgrounds.
* Interpersonal and oral communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
Appointment Details:
This is a permanent day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum (pro rata), with employer superannuation contribution.
