Retail Customer Service Officer
As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you will help customers with sales and services, handle transactions, process identity services, promote products, assist with mail lodgements, build customer relationships, and perform administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Perform customer sales and service transactions with customers.
* Manage high value transactions accurately (handle and process cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS).
* Conduct and process identity services transactions including Australian Passport Interviews.
* Promote our products and services through up‐selling, cross‐selling, merchandising and other promotional activities.
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs.
* Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
* Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
* Reliable, friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team environment.
* Ready to put the customer at the centre of everything you do.
* Fit to lift up to 16kg of mail regularly and stand for your shift.

* Loaded casual rate of $34.45 per hour, increasing to $36.83 after 3 months, plus 12% superannuation.
