WireCo Australia is part of the global WireCo WorldGroup, with operations across 5 continents and over 200 years of history. We supply wire and synthetic rope products to major sectors including Mining, Maritime, Oil & Gas, Commercial Fishing, Lifting & Rigging, and Cranes.
We're evolving and looking for a
driven and technically-minded Sales Account Manager
to manage our underground mining customer base across Australia.

About the Role This is a national B2B role with a strong focus on both new business development and account management. You'll manage the full sales process — from quoting to placing orders and closing deals — and act as the go-to contact for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer visit plans across your Aust-wide territory
Manage quotes, orders, and product enquiries end-to-end
Develop and nurture end-user relationships with large companies
Attend industry events and stay across major projects and tenders
Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier service
Domestic travel required FIFO; occasional international travel to manage suppliers and attend training
What You'll Bring
Proven success in a B2B sales/account management role
Technical aptitude – able to understand and communicate product specs.
Background in mining, industrial, capital equipment or winder applications preferred
High energy, fit, proactive attitude and strong business acumen
Excellent communication and CRM/IT skills
Experience with NDT, underground mining and international supply chains is a bonus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth in B2B environments
Must have permanent right to work in Australia
