Account Development Role
This is a dynamic account management position that requires the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive commercial sales by conducting onsite visits, providing quotes, and offering tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with trade professionals, small businesses, and mid-tier partners.
* Pursue new business opportunities and grow a pipeline of accounts.
* Train in-store team members on trade-focused service standards.
* Support large orders, deliveries, and operational tasks during peak periods.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in account management or business development (trade/industrial sector preferred).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* A current driver's license and flexibility to travel locally.
