Fuelfix supports some of Australia's key industries—mining, energy, transport and infrastructure—with fuel storage and equipment solutions. We are looking for a Parts Sales Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in getting things done properly.
What you'll do
* Respond to customer enquiries and identify parts requirements.
* Prepare accurate quotes and pricing.
* Source parts and liaise with suppliers.
* Process orders through our CRM and Business Central systems.
* Coordinate delivery and ensure timelines are met.
* Track quotes, follow up on opportunities, and keep things moving.
* Work closely with sales, branches and operations teams.
About you
* Customer‐focused and responsive.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* A confident communicator (phone, email and in‐person).
* Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership.
* Comfortable using systems and learning new tools.
* Experience in parts, industrial, or technical environments is beneficial but not essential.
