About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Front Office Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.
* Manage guest accounts and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out processes.
* Promote hotel facilities and services to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest stays, including billing and account management.
* Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
* Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and operational systems to deliver excellent results.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a front office role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
* Familiarity with hotel management systems and technology, including property management software.
