Located in beautiful Manning Point on the NSW Mid Coast, BIG4 Ocean Shores Holiday Park offers a range of holiday accommodation and camping facilities to suit all family needs, making it the perfect location for a beach holiday.
Reporting directly into the Park Manager, this role will suit someone who loves interacting with people and has the ability to multi-task across multiple departments including Front Office and Housekeeping.
The successful applicant must possess:
* Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role
* Reservation System Experience e.g., RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.
* Customer Service Experience
* Hands on participation in the cleaning of all buildings and accommodation areas as directed by management.
* Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
* High level of communication and written skills
* Cash handling experience
* Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
* Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
* Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
The rate of pay for this role is based on the Hospitality General Award.
