About PandoraHeadquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora is the world’s largest jewelry maker, with a presence in more than 100 countries across the globe.At Pandora, we give a voice to people’s loves.Beloved for our inimitable charm bracelets, Pandora jewelry offers intricate design and craftsmanship, brought to life by the magic of the stories expressed and interpreted by its wearer.As the Merchandising Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning process to improve the MFP & OTB methods, ensuring forecast accuracy and optimizing sales and stock efficiency.What you’ll doTranslate global merchandising strategies into local seasonal financial objectives.Identify local opportunities to maximize sales, improve stock turnover, and enhance positive margin trends.Maintain up-to-date OTB plans and review them monthly with the Global team.Conduct weekly reviews to monitor merchandise OTB plans against financial expectations.Communicate key promotional dates to the Global MFP/OTB team.Collaborate with local finance teams in budget setting and reviews to incorporate merchandising forecasts into final budgets.Align with finance and senior leadership to set stock and sell-in targets aligned with sales expectations.Analyze current inventory trends and identify actions for the next 12 months to optimize KPIs.You have:Experience in merchandising, merchandising planning, or demand planning within a multi/omni-channel environment.A passion for the retail market, with a deep understanding of seasonality and customer behavior.Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Adaptability to changing priorities.Attention to detail and a strong drive to resolve issues.Excellent team collaboration skills.What’s in it for you?As the largest jewelry brand globally, our people are central to our success.
