* Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of customer interaction.
* Direct leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* Ability to look ahead, energize your team to deliver results with pride, and maintain high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
* Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their diverse needs and foster a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team member health, safety, and wellbeing.
