The Company
Join this ASX Listed infrastructure group, where you would play a significant HR role in supporting the delivery of people reporting and data services across the broader business and the People, Safety and Culture team. Sitting within the HR Operations team, this is an important, value add role providing insight to enable decision making. Located in Melbourne, this team are now seeking an expert on all people related metrics and analytical insights for the broader HR team and the business in general.
The Role
As the Data and Reporting Analyst, reporting directly into the Reporting, Data and security Manager, you will:
Administer the delivery of Business as Usual (BAU) reporting, monthly regulatory reporting and develop new reports to support ADHOC requirements.
Provide people analytics across various HR Metrics and insights to support data-driven decision making
Support the team with continuous improvements aligned to the HRIS and will play a key role in assisting with the design and build of improved reporting and analytics via Power BI.
Scope, define & maintain master data to ensure information is accurate
Troubleshoot and repair reported issues as required
Support the execution of system updates and releases, performing new functionality and regression testing
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
Prior experience in a similar People Analytics role working within Human Resources
Demonstrated capability in producing and collating analysis into meaningful information that supports effective and efficient decision-making
Proven expert knowledge of best practice reporting and insights, ability to build, design and manage reporting
Experience (preferable) in using a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Chris 21, Oracle, Power BI, and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team workplace
