Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to lead the delivery of large-scale ICT Network projects within a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on modernising network infrastructure, enhancing cyber security, and improving connectivity across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including governance, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and integrated delivery across network initiatives such as LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi uplift. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver infrastructure refresh programs aligned to organisational strategy and security standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering complex infrastructure or network programs, with proven capability in governance, risk management, and executive reporting. You will bring excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate across Agile and Waterfall environments.
Experience with network technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), IT governance frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF), and cyber security standards is highly desirable.
This is a key leadership role (EL2 equivalent) driving the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing network environments.
