Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Support Worker to join our team, where you will play a crucial part in maintaining continuity of care for our clients. The successful candidate will be based in Belmont & surrounding suburbs, working with clients in their own homes to promote their well-being and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support at Home
o Assist with housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
o Help clients maintain their personal hygiene, mobility, and overall well-being.
* Transportation Services
o Erect clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
* Personal Care
o Provide assistance with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal assistance, and medication administration.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
* Prior experience in aged or community care, or a strong desire to begin a career in aged care.
* A provisional or full Australian driving license and access to a comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle.
* Flexibility to accommodate the evolving needs and schedules of our clients.
