Join our team and work on an ad-hoc basis with aRegistered Training Organisation (RTO)delivering high-quality training programs in Mackay, Bowen and Townsville and other regions of Queensland.About the Role:As aRail Operations Driver Trainer, you'll play a key role in supporting the next generation of rail industry professionals.
Working on a casual, as-needed basis, you will deliver practical and theoretical training aligned with nationally recognised qualifications.
Your expertise will ensure learners gain the skills and knowledge required to operate safely and efficiently in the rail industry.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate rail operations training in accordance with the RTO's training and assessment strategies.Deliver both practical and theoretical components of training.Conduct competency assessments to ensure compliance with national training standards.Support learners with advice and guidance throughout their training.Provide feedback to the RTO on learner progress and training outcomes.Maintain accurate training and assessment records.About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:ACertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122)or equivalent.TLI42622 - Certificate IV in Train Drivingor an equivalent qualification.HaveQLD safeworkingknowledge and experience.Significant experience as a qualified Rail Operations Driver.The ability to pass aCategory 1 Rail Medical.Valid National Police Clearance(with no court outcomesStrong knowledge of national rail safety standards and industry regulations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A commitment to safety and high-quality training delivery.Flexibility to work on a casual, ad-hoc basis.What We Offer:Versatile work arrangements to suit your schedule.Opportunities to share your industry knowledge and shape the future workforce.A supportive and professional work environment.Competitive remuneration.How to Apply:If you're passionate about training and keen to contribute to the rail industry, we'd love to hear from you!
