About This Role
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for guests.
* You will be focused on delivering outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* You will be comfortable working alone as well as within a team environment.
* You will be required to stand for long periods of time and may need to lift moderate to heavy objects.
* You will have the flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
2. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas of the store meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
3. Handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
4. Managing inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Working effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
