Findstaff have an exciting opportunity for experienced print and manufacturing production staff to join our clients ever growing team based in Acacia Ridge QLD. Currently we are seeking skilled print operators as well as assistants for multiple positions across both days and evening shift.
You would be joining an established industry leader adding to their print production team in both the flexo/ Label print area or in the finishing/ conversion side of their business, opportunities to up skill and undertake further training are a real incentive to join the business.
Who we are looking for:
* Experienced print tradesmen or Finishers. (lithographic, Gravure or digital experience would be highly regarded)
* Immediate interview for skilled Flexo/ label operators or assistants with relevant industry experience.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the print trade or in a similar manufacturing position.
* Strong attention to detail a good eye for colour would be beneficial.
* Mechanical aptitude, the ability to diagnose issues and problem solve.
* Safety conscious and the ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
* Strong work ethic, a good eye for colour.
* Sound communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
* Experience working to deadlines and understanding of KPIs.
* Must have full working rights within Australia and be available to work full 38hour weeks.
* Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical (drug screen inclusive)
Multiple positions on offer across Dayshift (6am-2pm) and Evening shift (2pm-10PM) please note if successful you will be required to commence training on Dayshift initially before transitioning to evenings or nights if that option becomes available.
