The National Centre for Indigenous Genomics seeks a highly skilled individual to work on pharmacogenomic research in partnership with Indigenous communities.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct discovery research and develop algorithms for genomic data analysis.
* Perform empirical evaluations and benchmarking experiments for genomic resources.
* Contribute to ongoing projects within collaborations with Indigenous communities.
Requirements
1. A PhD in quantitative biology or a related field.
2. Experience in research and output in the relevant field.
3. Expertise in DNA sequencing technologies and genomic analysis workflows.
4. Proficiency in high-performance computing and/or cloud computing.
