We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our office in Newstead.
Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Manage the international and domestic travel and accommodation requirements for employees
2. Cater for office functions, meetings, board room bookings or conferences
3. Ensure office supplies/sundries supplies are ordered and maintained
4. Monitor / arrange office maintenance with building management as required
5. Assist accounts team with filing, banking, distributing payment advices and inputting invoices into the shared services portal
6. Reconciliation of vendor accounts monthly
7. Distribute incoming mail / arrange any outgoing mail as required
8. Monitor and be responsible for reception inbox daily
9. Coordinate courier bookings - local and international
10. Provide PA support where necessary to MD
11. Other adhoc duties as required
Essential skills
12. Proven experience in reconciling invoices
13. Proven experience in managing travel bookings
14. Intermediate Excel skills
15. Customer service background
16. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator
