The position is a fixed term contract opportunity until 19th December, 2025.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as a Subject Matter expert for the AbbVie content authoring tools
- Manage queries and support content creation requests across marketing and medical teams within ANZ
- Collaborate with creative agencies to support the development of innovative and effective digital content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical and business technology to ensure content alignment with brand strategies and compliance requirements.
- Implement best practices for digital content production, focusing on quality and consistency.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content development and publishing.
- Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per AbbVie's policies and procedures.
- Proactively participate in AbbVie's WHS programs, adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to AbbVie's internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.
- Communicating effectively at all levels both internally and externally whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality and ensuring a positive representation of the company at all times
- Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties, as requested.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
- Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools is a plus.
- Digitally savvy and on-trend with shifts in customer behaviour that affect the digital and healthcare landscapes
- Excellent stakeholder and Project management skills
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and flexibility to adjust as things shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
- Attention to detail and pro-active in fixing things that are not right
