Project Manager Construction
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team on a large construction project.
* Design management and coordination from structures and piling through to finishes.
* Project coordinating & monitoring activities.
* Providing Quality Assurance.
* Promoting high levels of Health and Safety.
* Reading and interpreting plans.
* RFI management.
* Managing contracts and contract documentation.
* Liaising with Architects and other consultants as required.
* Tracking and forecasting construction progress.
* Managing the building certification process for Occupation Certificate.
This is a long-term project that requires a strong background in construction methodology – programming and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large construction projects, preferably with top or second-tier construction companies in Australia.
