Responsibilities
* Manage daily financial transactions and reporting
* Prepare and analyze financial statements
* E nsure compliance with financial regulations and policies
* Provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and strategy
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
* Prepare end-of-month financials for management
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
* Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Experience and competence at an advanced level in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
* Understanding of job costing processes
* Demonstrated understanding of SCHADS/AGED/NURSES awards
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
* Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, including ability to compile, analyze data, and prepare reports
* Demonstrated high level of attention to detail with consistent approach
* Able to prioritize conflicting priorities as required
* Ability to work under minimal supervision with capacity to exercise initiative in application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes
