Key Responsibilities
Project/Retainer Coordination
Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deadlines using project management software.
Coordinate effectively with creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project progress through regular internal meetings and adjust plans as necessary.
Manage project scope and promptly communicate changes to stakeholders.
Schedule and plan agency resources based on project and client requirements.
Collaborate with the wider Account Management team to ensure Zimple and our clients are winning.
Track project milestones to ensure accurate invoicing aligned with completed deliverables.
Communicate invoicing cadence, ensuring invoices reflect project scope and timelines.
Monitor project budgets and proactively address any concerns or adjustments with clients and internal teams.
Client Relationship Management
Proactive approach to achieving client outcomes.
Drive high client satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations and integrating client feedback.
Identify opportunities for account growth and propose new services.
Develop and present proposals for new projects and initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships through regular communication and check-in meetings to update clients on project progress and digital marketing reporting.
Ability to individually attend and facilitate client meetings.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a related role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies is advantageous.
