Electrical Design Lead Role:
As part of our team in Tasmania, Australia, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical design and a strong understanding of Australian Standards and local regulations.

* Lead the design of electrical systems, including lighting, power, communications, and fire detection systems.
* Collaborate with mechanical engineers, architects, project managers, and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Mentor and support team members through technical guidance and leadership.
* Oversee design documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and local regulations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advances in electrical engineering.
Key Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design within the building services sector in Australia.
* Chartered status (CPEng) or working towards it.
* Proficient in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, AGI, and PowerCAD or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
