* Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and employees
* Champion a 5-star service experience across our Brisbane office
* Manage and maintain meeting spaces, bookings, and daily readiness
* Troubleshoot tech issues to keep meetings running smoothly
* Partner with facilities and security to maintain a safe workplace
What you'll bring
* Exceptional customer service with a people-first mindset

* Confidence multitasking you stay calm under pressure
* Tech-savvy with MS Office and meeting room systems
* Experience in reception, hospitality or similar roles
* Availability to work Wednesday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
