Role Overview
This position involves overseeing the daily operations of an outside school hours care service, managing a team of educators, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development and implementation of quality programs for children
* Coordinate staffing and rostering to ensure adequate coverage
* Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements
* Undertake administrative tasks related to program delivery
* Work collaboratively with families and the school community to provide high-quality care
Requirements:
* Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children's Services)
* Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
* Excellent customer service skills
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain them
* Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
