About the role

We are seeking a trade qualified Fitter and Turner or Fitter Machinist with current welding qualifications to join our Maintenance Team at the Goodwood East Mango and Avocado Packing Shed.


Highly Desirable Requirements

* Certificate III in Engineering


Restricted Electrical Licence

* Demonstrated experience in maintenance of fixed plant and colour vision equipment
* Current knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and Pneumatic systems
* Proven experience and knowledge in using various power and hand tools
* Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks
* The ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas
* Focus on safety and quality
* Proven ability to work in a team environment
* Previous experience in an agricultural environment

What You Should Know About Our Operations

Our business is widespread, growing walnuts, almonds and bees in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland.

Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg.

In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
