AO5 Project Advisor – Government Contract
Buderim | 30/03/2026 – 29/03/2028 (with possible extensions)
$69.21 – $75.09 per hour + Super
An experienced AO5 Project Advisor is required to provide high-level administrative and project support to multiple project teams within a significant regional program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretariat support including meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
* Manage risk and issues registers and facilitate risk workshops
* Oversee document control, reporting, and project records management
* Coordinate procurement and tender processes
* Support project health checks and contractor/consultant performance monitoring
* Conduct quality assurance reviews
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource usage
* Prepare high-level briefings, reports, and submissions
* Supervise project support staff and improve administrative processes
