We are seeking a motivated and creative **Marketing Co-ordinator** to join our growing real estate company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to life.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
- Create engaging property and brand content including brochures, social media posts, and website updates
- Coordinate photography, videography, and copywriting for property marketing
- Manage online property listings and ensure accuracy across platforms
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and event coordination
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous marketing experience, ideally in real estate or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with design software (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
