Job Summary
We are seeking a Design Services Team Lead to spearhead our Design Services Unit, driving innovation and quality service delivery while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop a clear vision for the team's future and formulate goals to achieve it.
* Manage and coach a team of professionals, developing their capabilities and providing necessary resources and support for success.
* Effectively manage all aspects of the Unit's business planning and operational requirements.
* Lead a customer-focused approach to address challenges in delivering services to customers and community.
* Engage and build strategic networks and partnerships with key stakeholders internally and throughout the industry.
About You
* You will possess a tertiary engineering qualification with strong knowledge of civil design principles and experience in delivering civil design services for various settings.
* You will be a certified registered professional engineer with demonstrated leadership experience.
* You will have developed people management skills, negotiation, writing, presentation, and public speaking skills, as well as well-developed problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
