Quick overview of the role
What will you be doing?
- Provide high quality over-the-counter customer service.
- Support the warehouse with general administrative tasks and stock take functions.
- Receive & process quotes.
- Prioritise & enter sales orders & process any changes.
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed within the requirements.
- Receive & resolve incoming complaints.
- Develop & maintain knowledge of key roles in the branch.
- Assist with stock take processes.
- Coordinate administration & reporting of consumables.
- Complete general branch & warehouse administration tasks.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Previous experience in customer service/administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Tidy appearance.
- Previous experience in a sales/production workplace preferred.
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification highly regarded.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is advantageous.
