This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at our office, supporting new staff onboarding, and providing support to our Executive team.
* Expense claim processing
* Meeting minutes and organisation
* Drafting and formatting correspondence
* Diary management
* Contribute to new staff onboarding in collaboration with the EA and HR teams
* Support meetings by organizing beverages and catering for the Executive team
* Provide ad-hoc secretarial support for visiting senior leaders or during periods of annual leave for other Executive Assistants
* Assist with office equipment, supplies, and stationery for Executives and the EA team
You will bring relevant experience in office administration, advanced proficiency in MS Office, high-level discretion and confidentiality, strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
