* Responsibilities will include administering the Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access platform and associated services to deliver a secure web gateway solution.
* Applicants should have experience applying and managing security-focused SWG policies, including URL filtering, threat prevention, and application control.
* A key aspect of the role will be to configure, verify, and maintain redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure continuous service availability.
* Applicants must also have experience with upgrades, patches, and system releases using ITIL Release Management processes.
* Other responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex network, application, and system internet connectivity issues.
* Implementing and maintaining role-based access control policies for system administration is also essential.
* Candidates must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, technology domain stakeholders, and application owners to ensure successful operational outcomes.
* Key skills required for this position include technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong documentation abilities.
* Applicants should also have experience with user and group provisioning and management, as well as developing and maintaining exclusion policies, rules, and reporting.
