The Shepparton Club Pty Ltd opened in 1958 and is today a leader in the Goulburn Valley's hospitality scene proudly serving the broader Shepparton community and valued for its warm hospitality, strong community ties, and commitment to excellence.

The Club is currently undertaking extensive renovations which will significantly enhance our facilities, increase our capacity, and enable us to deliver an even higher standard of service.
We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Chef to join our team in a full time capacity with an annual salary of $76,600 per annum.
Duties of the position
* Prepares orders for all produce required for cooking
* Prepares Meats, Fish, Poultry, Vegetables, Pasta, Rice for ala carte menu and for catering functions
* Produces meals that are nutritional and within menu and budget guidelines
* Maintains stock levels of food products and resources
* Maintains clean and hygienic workplace
* Maintains OH and Safety regulations in workplace
* Supervises assistants in kitchen
* Prepares menus and budgets
Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery
* Diploma in Hospitality Management
* RSA certificate
* Experience in Asian and Indian cuisine essential
* At least 1 Year experience working as Chef in a large restaurant
