Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and fostering positive tenant relationships. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the success and growth of our thriving real estate business. Our professional and highly respected firm is currently seeking a passionate, motivated and goal orientated property manager with the following attributes:
* Be reliable trustworthy & honest
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A high level of presentation
* A professional telephone manner
* Be confident speaking with clients face to face and on the telephone
* Have a positive outlook and be self-motivated
* Have a strong work ethic
* Open to being coached
* Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in property management
* Class 2 licence holder
* Have own car and current driver's licence
* A generous salary plus commission plus allowances package is on offer to the right candidate.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
* Showing properties for lease
* Completing all necessary documentation associated with leasing
* Undertaking rent reviews
* Ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Routine inspections
* Effective co-ordination of repairs, maintenance and follow-up
* Work as a team member alongside other property managers, a property officer and support staff
* Placing advertisements for letting/reletting of properties
