They are seeking an office administrator with contracts administration, compliance, risk management, client liaison and office management experience for their Brisbane office near Logan. Office Administrator/Manager Position Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Start Date: Urgent Immediate Key Duties & Responsibilities Contract Administration: Draft, review, and update contract documentation and variations Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor contract terms to ensure compliance and identify potential risks Liaison & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and legal teams Document Management: Maintain meticulous logs of contracts, submittals, and approvals in digital systems Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including coordinating with field staff, answering queries, and managing supplies Financial Administration: Support project managers with cost reports, invoice processing, and progress claims.
