What You Will Do
Ensure all core ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management) are executed to a high standard.
Achieve and report on SLAs and KPIs, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
Drive exceptional user experience and high satisfaction scores.
Identify and implement service enhancements for efficiency and reliability.
Manage incidents promptly and conduct root cause analysis for major issues.
Build strong relationships with business units, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure services comply with policies, regulations and industry standards.
Deliver services within budget while optimizing costs.
Lead and develop a high-performing IT services team.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required); Intermediate or Expert level preferred.
Proven background in IT service management or service delivery.
Strong understanding of IT Operations.
Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and improvement.
