Supporting the Principal in strategic and operational management involves overseeing various key responsibilities. These include leading operations and management, curriculum development, financial and administrative management, quality assurance, student wellbeing and safety, relationships and communication, and professional standards and development.
* Lead staff development initiatives, oversee behaviour management, and drive improvement projects.
* Develop engaging assessments and provide individualised support and reporting to students.
* Manage finances, conduct enrolment interviews, and support policy development within the school context.
* Collaborate with the Principal on school reviews and continuous improvement strategies.
* Promote a child-safe environment and adhere to relevant policies and practices.
* Build positive relationships, manage staff meetings, and maintain effective professional communication.
