Your new role
As the Accounts Payable Costing Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing supplier invoices for stock received, ensuring pricing accuracy, and verifying that goods match purchase orders. You'll work closely with warehouse staff, buyers, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely invoice processing. This is a full-time, weekly-paid role that plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* At least 1 year of experience in administration or accounts payable.
* Strong reconciliation and numeracy skills with great attention to detail.
* Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
