Job Summary
Fragomen Perth office is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer (Associate level) with at least 5 years of post‐admission (or registration) experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated drive and success in managing client portfolios, delivering strategic immigration advice, and will thrive in a fast‐paced, highly collaborative environment. The position sits within one of our major corporate‐immigration teams, representing individuals, emerging businesses, and many of the world's leading multinational companies.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage your caseload with support staff, delivering strategic Australian immigration advice to corporate and individual clients.
* Think commercially, cultivate strong client relationships, and execute solutions that meet client challenges.
* Work closely with senior staff, coaching and developing team members.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years post‐admission experience in Australian immigration law and practice.
* Quick learner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Process‐driven with excellent attention to detail, organizational and time‐management skills.
* Accountable, able to work independently and perform in a fast‐paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Effective team player with a flexible, can‐do work approach.
* Demonstrated experience in managing client portfolios and delivering strategic immigration advice.
