As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for an organised and strategic Account Manager who works collaboratively, delivers results, and drives real impact for our clients and business.
What your day looks like:
Drive revenue growth
across Amazon and other marketplaces using a data-led approach—smart planning, seasonal activity, NPD launches and high-performing ad campaigns to deliver against budget.
Develop strategies
and plans
to help grow our clients' brand awareness and product sales
Work collaboratively with team members to execute
best-in-class SEO-optimised content, A+ pages, localised copy, and targeted advertising.
Analyse performance:
use first party (Amazon, eBay) and 3rd party tools to spot opportunities, address issues and drive continuous optimisation.
Manage inventory and demand planning
to ensure strong in-stock positions and uninterrupted sales.
Act as the main point of contact
for your client portfolio—build trust, and clearly communicate progress, risks and results.
Lead multiple projects
and have strong project-management skills to deliver on-time and to a high standard.
Prioritise working effectively
across brands and tasks, focusing on activities with the greatest commercial impact.
Solve problems proactively
—whether operational, strategic or technical—using initiative, resourcefulness and collaboration.
Continuously improve
our processes by identifying ways to streamline, automate and scale account management.
Reporting and Insights:
Prepare end of month retail and campaign reports with insights, actions and recommendations.
What you'll need to thrive:
2–3 years' experience in an e-commerce or digital-marketing role
Amazon or other marketplace experience highly regarded, but not essential (we'll train you)
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills—formulas, pivot tables and data analysis with confidence
Confident presenter: you distil complex ideas into clear, compelling updates and recommendations
Creative thinker and proactive problem-solver
Highly organised, disciplined and eagle-eyed with detail

Adaptable, curious and quick to learn on the fly
